If you paid a service charge to purchase an electronic ticket at Defendant’s comedy club, Gotham Comedy Club, located in New York City from Defendant’s website from August 29, 2022, to and through May 17, 2024, you may be eligible for Settlement benefits.

If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive a cash payment, your completed Claim Form must be postmarked on or before December 30, 2025, or submitted online on or before December 30, 2025.

If you qualify, you may be entitled to receive a payment up to a maximum of $4.50 per ticket, which is the amount paid for processing fees, for tickets purchased through the website of the Gotham Comedy Club, between August 29, 2022, through May 17, 2024.

To start your online claim, you must login with your Notice ID and PIN. You can find your Notice ID and PIN on the Notice that was sent to you. Please request your Notice ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.
